Possible : Costochondritis is inflammation of costal cartilage in the chest. Common in young adults. Typically, It hurts when you press against the cartilage in the chest. So it is possible that you have costochondritis. However, chest pain, with shortness of breath, fever, palpitations, cough or skin rash would lead to different diagnosis.
