Depend: How do you exercise? A better routine would be a defied program. Daily simple cardio continuously is good to promote overall health. A day for chest/arms followed by a day for back/legs followed by a rest day. A general workout 3 days straight may be fine for a long distance runner, but not for maintaining muscle groups. More specific answers are possible if you provide more info on what you do.
