Exercise: Sorry to disappoint. Exercise or heavy work is a lifetime commitment. What you might enjoy is changing the typed of exercise. Square dancing, ballet, gymnastics, running, jogging, hiking, canoeing, Tai Chi, Karate, swimming and 100's of others. Just keep your pulse in the exercise zone, usually 70-75% of your maxi HR usually is 220 - your age x 30 minutes +. NZ is gorgeous. Get out & enjoy it.
