Spine changes: A L4/L5 disc bulge means the spinal disc has abnormally expanded from its regular boarders. The size of the displacement and how it displaced is important. A sacralization of L5 means that the last bone in the lumbar spine (last bone in the lower back , but above the pelvis) is partial like a pelvic bone.
