My seven month bottle-fed baby is suffering from cough.what to do?

Saline nose wash: This doesn't sound like an illness as much as it may be baby clearing his/her airway. Babies are quite sensitive to smoke/ dust/fragrances/ cleaning odors/etc. and may become congested and or cough in response. You need to eliminate irritants from babies environment and flush the nose if needed with saline. Increasing cough or change in feeding habits could signal a problem.
