Reduce sweating, rai: Use antiperspirant on feet. Be sure feet are completely dry before application, using a hair blower if necessary. Shake some baking powder [sodium bicarbonate] into shoes and sox. Ventilate feet: barefoot at home, never sox in bed, absorbent sox with shoes.

Stinky feet: Foot odor is often due to increased physical activity daily while on your feet, especially wearing tight footwear, resulting in sweaty feet. The sweat permeates the shoes which often are worn day in and day out. Try to wash your feet daily, dry your feet if wet, don't wear the same shoes 2 days in a row, wear cotton Sox and change daily, spray deodorant if feet sweat, try medicated inner soles,
