Bad Breath: You will need to consult both a dentist and physician to personally examine you and determine the cause(s). See the following for a general list of causes and treatment. I'm sure with a proper medical\dental history, exam , x-rays and your cooperation you can be helped. http://www.smilesapartcosmeticdentist.com/fresh-breath-control.htm

Determine the cause: Once the cause of your bad breath is determined, you can address the factors and treat your halitosis Diet, sinus infection, decayed teeth, periodontal disease, and acid reflux are a few of the most common causes. Start with your dentist... get a thorough exam and a professional cleaning; have all decayed teeth restored. If problem persists, see a gastroenterologist.

See dentist: When was your last visit to the dentist? Do you have a recent FMS of radiographs? Perhaps at age 19, you have emerging wisdom teeth and food particles are getting caught under the flap of tissue. There are many variables, see your dentist for a complete diagnosis.
