Yes: This depends on the type of culture but this is common unless the culture was done after a prostatic massage as the microbes are not in your urine but in prostatic secretions. Some of the microbes that cause prostate infections can be difficult to culture. It would be best to consult with a good urologist for diagnosis. See https://www.aafp.org/afp/2010/0815/p397.html
