A member asked:

Went for a microscopic urinalysis results - mucus present and urine culture- organisms recovered in low numbers. what do these mean? infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Urine screening tests also look for other markers of infection like nitrite and leukocyte enzymes. If those were negative and urine culture had low number of bacteria, it is not likely to be infection.
