Hello, i want to figure out if this is a problem that needs to be checked out. during this weekend we took a road trip, each leg driving was about 6hrs and the ride back took us about 13hrs. each time after some time riding in the car i feel bladder pain.

It would not be: surprising for you to have developed a urinary tract infection resulting in your symptoms. It would be reasonable to have this checked out if the symptoms persist.
