Not likely: A baby that nurses every hour may be truly hungry or simply has a high demand for sucking. If overfed, I would expect vomiting after feedings. The best way to tell if she is getting enough nutrition is to follow her weight gain, which should be about 5-7 oz or 140-200 grams a week. Nursing every hour can be exhausting for new moms, and getting enough rest and nutrition is important.
