My daughter is 11 weeks old and is solely breastfeeding but she hardly keeps her milk down. she feeds every 2-3 hours after naps and burps after every feed. sometimes it looks like sour milk. what could be the problem? and how can i help fix it?

Newborn: Almost every baby burps after feeding to expel swallowed air. This sounds like healthy behavior. Check with your baby's doctor that she is growing and gaining weight which will be reassuring.
