Maybe: Several possible causes. From circulation view maybe venous disease. Causes swelling, and purplish color for some patients, heavy, tired, aching, sometimes skin breakdown. 33 a bit young, but possible, esp if you're heavy or had blood clots in legs. To find out see Dr for ultrasound WITH REFLUX STUDIES. Treatment: elevation, elastic stockings, exercise, ?procedures to treat veins. Hope this helps.
