I have a bumpy, itchy rash on the top of my feet and on one knee. it starts out red and blotchy and then it turns my foot purple. itching is severe.?

Eczema: This sounds like eczema. It could also be psoriasis but psoriasis does not always itch.

Itchy feet: Agree with doc suggesting eczema, and possible psoriasis. Tinea pedis can occur on the dorsal foot, however the most common areas to be affected are toes and the plantar foot.
