My son is 3 and a half, his right ear's temperature is 38.2 and his left ear's temperature is 37.5 what should i do?

Treating fever: How is your child acting? Is he fine or is he lethargic? Does he have any other symptoms? If he is acting fine without other symptoms I would do nothing and continue to obsetve. If he seems to be sick, i would check his temperature again and treat with tylenol if he has a fever. If he is sick and fails to improve within a few days or worsens, i would see your pediatrician.
