My 2month old has small movable lumps at the back of his head, three towards the left ear & two on the right also near the ear. what could be the cause of this?

Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes are normal structures that sift serum before it returns to the blood stream. They are often found easily on the head/neck where they are not buried in fat or muscle. At rest they are often pea sized & when working they may enlarge.
