Yes can.: Yes you can. If you are prescribed the augmenting as twice daily, just try to take the next dose at 12 pm as well.

Yes: It's ok, but try to get onto an every 12 hour cycle as quickly as possible. You probably will need additional dental treatment, more than just pills, so check in immediately with your Dentist.
