A tooth feeling "Big" or high as we say can be an indication of infection at the apex of the tooth and in the ligament holding the tooth into the jaw bone. You are taking a suitable antibiotic, but it is a big mistake not to take the correct dose and maintain the blood level of the drug, you can get resistant bacteria that way which are much harder to treat. 2 possibilities: 1) Infection, 2) Clenching/grinding. Isn infection missing doses results therapeutic antibiotic levels, encourages antibiotic resistant mutations, and prevents proper effectiveness. Antibiotics must be taken religiously until all pills are gone. But antibiotics don't cure dental infections. Dental treatment required. If from grinding/clenching, need Occlusal Orthotic (Night Guard)
