I am on 875 augmentin, started today at 2pm. can i take at 12am rather than 2am or should i set an alarm? taking it for a dental infection.

Antibiotic: OK to take at 12AM then 12PM, etc. Make sure not to miss a dose, and take all of the pills that have been prescribed. Antibiotics will reduce infection for as long as you take them, but infection will return when you stop. So make sure to schedule appropriate treatment with your Dentist before you run out of pills.

Yes.: If you are prescribed Augmentin twice a day, you may adjust your dosage times from tomorrow so that you can take one pill every tweleve hrs. Do visit your dentist to take care of your infected tooth soon.
