Have had scalp foliculitis for yrs &out of options. derm p-scribed clindamyacin, clobetesol, & avar wash (all provide temp relief). also tried nizerol and tar shampoo. even tried going on doxy but only relieved symptoms while on it. need options?

More details needed: Did the folliculitis developed because you have been scratching it (itching?)? If so, the problem may be from the hair product.
