I wouldn't/either : If you breast feed, you risk the kid refusing the breast if you do a piercing. If that is not a problem do what you wish. The EPA cautions the use of canned tuna in kids because of known mercury content. Their safety limit is 3 oz/month under age six. I wouldn't use it at all.
