My husband has been sick. with chills, fever of 38.1. low heart bp 118 over 57. stomach running, breathing fast, like hyperventilation when dosed off. close to passing out in the shower, his hands are tight and talking lethargy. any idea what it is?

Likely infectious: Depending on your husband’s age and medical history many other causes are possible. He definitely needs help as he is dehydrated and likely toxic. Have him assessed now in the closest ER.
