Heart feels fast (goes from 63-93-128-102-128) it's all over the place. i get sob, tingly hands and headaches. apparently its sinus tach. any ideas?

Sounds like: you've had an initial work up? Or is sinus tachycardia your impression? If not, and if this is ongoing, you'll have to go to the ER to rule out dangerous arrhythmia. If you are being followed appropriately, my initial recommendation would be to ensure adequate hydration (until your urine turns clear). All of the symptoms are explainable by the pulse irregularity alone.
