You sound quite ill: The symptoms you list are not good to hear. I'd urge you to get to a medical facility ASAP. Have a trustworthy, competent person be w/ you to get you safely to help or call 911 if you're alone. BP under 60 is too low - 28 is deathly dangerous! Don't wait! I hope you do okay.
