Baby fever: How high is the fever ? how old is the baby? Are there other kids at home who are ill? baby having trouble breathing/eating / acting normally? All babies < 3 months should have immediate f/u with peds/ ER they can decompensate rapidly. For > 3 months any fever > 100.4 needs attention call the pediatrician. Call the pediatrician today and get their recommendations. babies are fragile.
