Can systemic candidiasis infection be considered if the person doesn't have diabetes cancer hiv etc? person with high sugar diet, heavy antibiotic use

No: Systemic candidiasis is an exceedingly rare infection, but in may occur among patients with an immunodeficiency -- particularly among those with low white blood cell counts (neutropenia). However, a high sugar diet or heavy antibiotic use alone should not result in systemic candida. Antibiotics oversuse may lead to an oral, vaginal, or esophageal candida infections, but it will not be systemic.

Decreased immunity.: Patients that have immune deficiency such as HIV are at risk, but so are people taking immunosuppressant drugs like Prednisone or other corticosteroids, and other drugs used to treat autoimmunity or prevent transplant rejection.

YEs: In a person on antibiotics who is on a high sugar diet, you can get overgrowth of candida. The best treatment is to limit sugar and processed foods in your diet. Eat more fresh vegetables.
