Used opioids/alcohol intermittently for 7 years. not often at same time, but occasionally. recent gallbladder removal due to stones and mono. no alcohol use over a year, but now extreme right side pain and bruising five months. norm lft. more tests?

See doc or go to ER: Need more info to tell what but clearly something is wrong. Abnormal bruising usually indicates a coagulopathy and if you are not on blood thinners then your liver may not be producing coagulation factors as it should or you may just have ongoing bleeding for another reason. You could also have a kidney infection or stone. Depends where the pain is. Go to the ER now or see your doctor.
