Depends on symptoms: How were they found? Why was the test ordered? If she is having symptoms from her gallbladder (abdominal pains, nausea, vomiting, bloating, indigestion) or abnormal liver blood tests (bili, alk phos, ast, alt) then i would suggest cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal). If her labs are normal and she has no symptoms, there is minimal risk in waiting.

Yes, need to get rid: Yes , should follow her doctor's advice , both are common conditions , not a real serious problems, easy to handle . Removal of gb is a low rist ambulatory procedure, kidney stone could be observed or blasted with sound waves to remove, don't worry.
