Blood work can only be interpreted in a clinical context and in dynamics. Otherwise it is likely that your basophils are normal, your ordering doc can clarify.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the difference between 1.0 and 1.2 is not clinically meaningful and not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
