Paresthesias : I would recommend you go in to see your PCP to get blood/urine tests to check for electrolyte/sugar disorders (i.e. diabetes). Often times paresthesias can occur for a variety of reasons but are more often concerning when they occur more than just one time. I would keep track of your symptoms in detail (i.e. does the tingling happen in both arms, has this occured before, etc.) prior to your visit.
