Hepatologist: There are other causes of liver damage, e.g. any medications, including OTC and herbal remedies, autoimmune hepatitis etc. It may be time to consult a liver disease specialist. Wish you good health.

AST is normal at 23, ALT slightly elevated at 42, B12 at 1183, folate and others normal. CA 125 was normal at 9. (Did drink alcohol 4 days prior to blood work, but typically drink once a week). Are these levels indicative of cancer?
Elevated liver enzymes. ALT- 72 AST- 59. ALL other labs are normal. Liver/gallbladder ultrasound is normal. Negative for hepatitis. What can cause it?
If my AST level is 52 and ALT level is 67, should I still drink alcohol? I don't drink that often maybe once to three times a month.
