Hi there, after a routine check up my gynae told me that my right ovary and uterus is enlarged. he did not elaborate on reasons for this and said many?

Uterus enlarged: An ovarian cyst would explain an "enlarged right ovary", and fibroids, adenomyosis or pregnancy would result in an "enlarged uterus". Ask your gyn provider to order a pelvic ultrasound, which should give the answer.
