Was told a few months ago my uterus is retroverted. i had two ovarian cyst 39mm x 30mm on the right ovary. was that the cause?

?: This cannot be answered without more background and likely an exam/ultrasound. Retroverted uterus is normal, about 10% of women have this. Any source that says its abnormal is 50 years out of date. Ovarian cysts 30-40 mm are larger than normal but not large enough to warrant intervention; they should be followed up though. Best!
