In most cases, yes. : If the pressure was normal before you started the drops, after the drops are stopped, the pressure should return to its baseline. However, this may mean that you are a ‘steroid responder’ which increases your risk for the development of glaucoma later on, even without the use of steroid drops. You should check with your ophthalmologist that prescribed those drops after you have stopped.
