Right eye pain: Follow up with doctor/ urgent care in next 24 hours make sure not temporal arteritis an autoimmune issue or could be the beginning of a shingles infection or herpes I. Would also follow up with an optometrist ( like in lenscrafter) to make sure no glaucoma or abnormal findings behind eye.

Hello, I'm 37 and for last couple of weeks I've been suffering from spinning head couple of times a day. Sometimes it was so strong that I had to sit down. My blood pressure is 112/76.
Tingling next to left eye with following pressure on left side of head. Comes and goes every couple of weeks and sometimes is every day.
Been having a headache for 2 weeks straight. Sometimes its on my right side or all over. Kinda feel it on my right eye as well. Sometimes its bad, other times its just anoyying and I feel pressure my head ears?
I feel pain in right side of eye and right side brain when my blood pressure is 130/85 i have notice this many times and at 140/90 I can feel the blood flow in my head I feel pain weekness tiredness in brain if I sit for more than half hour?
