A member asked:

How do i increase my tsh levels? how do i decrease my t3 uptake? my tsh is low at .06. t3 is 38.

Get checked out: You need to see an endocrinologist for further evaluation. A low TSH indicates an overactive thyroid. Your T3 is low if it is total T3 and very high if it is free T3, so this needs to be clarified and you need to be managed accordingly. Medication or surgery or both may be required for treatment.
