Graves disease is ruled out with normal TSH, T3 and T4. However, symptoms of hyperthyroidism are not very specific and they are common in many other conditions, the list is quite long. Very Highly unlikely. What makes you think you may have Grave's disease? For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
