Well...: Significant paranoia is found in paranoid personality disorder. Hallucinations may occur in a person with schizotypal personality disorder. When a person with a borderline personality disorder becomes really stressed they may start getting a little paranoid. Although hallucinations could occur when decompensated it is not usually a hallmark for this type of personality disorder.
