Antipsychotics: The class of medications is "neuroleptics." but you are also taking medications that may cause hallucinations. Also drugs, such as lsd, psilocybins, marijuana, mdma & angel dust can cause acute hallucinations or predispose to future hallucinations. These symptoms require the intervention of an expert such as a psychiatrist. Please consult one or ask your prescribing doctor for help.

R/oTLE with 72hr EEG: If you are depressed with psychosis and on an antidepressant, the literature would support a mood stabilizer like Depakote or lithium , plus latuda (lurasidone). The antidepressant could then gradually be tapered off under doctor's care. If you are in a mixed mood state, the antidepressant may need to go and Depakote or lithium plus any antipsychotic would likely work ( my personal favorite is fanapt).
