See a doctor: The symptoms you are describing could be something serious - you need a complete evaluation with a pelvic exam for definitive diagnosis. You would need to be tested for pregnancy and vaginal/pelvic infections to start with. Please visit a doctor. Other things that can cause those symptoms are endometriosis, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, other masses, or hormonal changes from contraception.
