The last few days i keep getting really bad cramps on and off in my pelvic area and lower abdomen. no period. what could be causing this?

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
