Hello, so my issue is i bleed randomly in between my periods, more like spotting (very light pink and not heavy, i nornally just wear a pantyliner and it will suffice) and i get a cramps randomly on my lower abdomen.

Irregular bleeding: is possibly normal, and could be ok, unless continues or repeats monthly. Your pattern may be breakthrough bleeding from contraceptive hormones? If so discuss with your doctor.
