Topamax: Abdominal pain is seen at times with Topamax. Talk to your physician. There may be other options for your migraines including several new state of the art injectable drugs.

Does Topamax cause heavy bleeding?? Its 8 days & Im still on period. I stopped Topamax two days ago, now spots reduced. I use Topamax for migraine.
