BHCG level: When you did a blood test you most likely had a BHCG hormone done. At a level above 2000 one should be able to locate the pregnancy via ultrasound. If no pregnancy was seen then the doctor should repeat the blood test to see if it is rising normally, falling or staying the same. After the repeat BHCG level is done establishing the trend then a repeat sonogram can be done
