My new born baby cry a lot, sometimes i don't understand he is hungry or irritated ? how to learn and understand babies language

Be basic: Babies basically use the only communication skill they have for all things. A cry can mean they are lonely, hungry, or just because. You learn to anticipate needs as they establish a pattern. The average kid fusses for no reason peaking at 6-10 wks with improvements as they begin to acquire some mobility. Don't take it as a defeat if you don't understand, just do what you can.
