Not exactly: A ct is by definition 'radiation', since it is a series of xrays computer reconstructed as sliced pictures of body tissues. It doesn't cause radiation but exposes the person to radiation. Modern ones may expose one to an amount similar to a transcontinental flight over the usa. Repeat exposure is a current topic of concern, but no specific learning disorder has been identified as connected to this.

Yes and No: Yes the ct scan is a radiation exposure but if done properly it is a low exposure.But it is always of some concern. But no there is no association to common ct exams and learning disabilities.
