Had transvaginal ultra sound do to pelvic pain and uterus prolaps they could not see the overies. i am in tremendes pain . need an answer?

Sometimes the: ovaries cannot be visualized on TV ultrasound due to their position or interposed bowel loops. If that is the case, they might be visualized on a transabdominal pelvic ultrasound. If they still can't be visualized, pelvic MRI might be definitive.
