One big happy family: It's like stuffing 6 high school kids into a phone booth. Everybody shares the same space. The best way to visualize the inside of the pelvis is to look online or at a science museum at a 3-dimensional model or view. Also imagine that things are not empty. A bladder has urine in it, a vagina can have a tampon or menstrual cup, a rectum can have poop in it, and all these things take up space.
