what does large midline complex mixed solid and cystic structure separate from thyroid gland and of uncertain etiology mean?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Alen Cohen
13 years experience ENT and Head and Neck Surgery
Cyst: Like a thyroglossal duct cyst! However could be other growths like cystic papillary thyroid cancer or sebaceous cyst or other things. Need an ultrasound and fna which stand for fine needle aspiration.
