Elevated thyroglobul: Thyroglobulin may be elevated in Graves disease , thyroid goiter, adenomas , acute thyroiditis or congential deficiency of TBG. Classically though it is a marker for papillary thyroid cancer . F/u/ with endocrinologist get sonogram and biopsy
